Perno Alto Italian Seasoning

Sammy Irons and Vinnie Two Balls were playing golf one afternoon. Irons hit a beautiful drive onto the green and yelled, "Pin High!" After 18, Sammy and Vinnie visit the clubhouse for a salad. Vinnie says, "Hand me the dressing ole Perno Alto." That's where Sammy got the idea. Perno Alto would be a great name for an Italian dressing. And so, this blend was born. So, unless you want a visit from Sammy Irons and Vinnie Two Balls, I suggest you start using this blend on all your favorite Italian dishes.

Ingredients:
Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic, Onion Salt, Crushed Red Peppers

Uses:
While cooking, add one or two Tablespoons to your spaghetti, lasagna, or pizza sauces. This blend will give your sauce an authentic, deep Italian flavor. You can also add this blend to oil and vinegar for a zesty Italian salad dressing.
